Repossession Locksmiths and Eviction Locksmiths for Enforcement Agencies in High Wycombe, Chesham, Amersham, Slough, Maidenhead, Ascot, Windsor, Uxbridge, Harrow, Pinner, Thame, Aylesbury, Beaconsfield, Tring, Watford and Hemel Hempstead.
One area of Locksmith work that’s less commonly talked about is Evictions and Repossessions. In the course of carrying out their work, Bailiffs and Enforcement Agencies often require the assistance of an approved and DBS checked Locksmith to attend at a pre-arranged date and time, to gain entry to and then to secure the premises once they’ve fulfilled the Warrant of Possession.
With over 10 years experience in the Locksmith business, we understand the prerequisites of this type of work and the necessity for the utmost professionalism at a sensitive time as well as the need to work fast and under pressure. Our fully stocked vans – which carry a huge range of locks, chains and padlocks mean that we are prepared for all eventualities – although we do appreciate having as much information as possible beforehand so that we can anticipate any issues.
We can provide formal invoices and endeavour to meet any specific requirements and are available to book these jobs at times to suit – including early morning or late at night.
We have worked with numerous Enforcement Agencies and Bailiffs over the years and have received positive feedback regarding the service we provided for both commercial and residential settings. We are an established and reputable Locksmith company (please feel free to check out our reviews on Checkatrade and ?Which Trusted Traders) contact us to see how we can help you.
Bailiff Attendance
In most instances, Landlords and Property Management companies are on good terms with their tenants. who pay on time and are not disruptive with their neighbours. However persistent late or non -payment of rent, antisocial behaviour or even simply a refusal to vacate at the end of the agreed tenancy period may result in the landlord wishing to repossess the property. This is a legal process and is formally regulated. This process can mitigate some of the unpleasantness involved as it is makes it less personal. It is important to note that a repossession or eviction can only take place if the acting officer (Enforcement Agent, Bailiff or Landlord) is in possession of a Warrant of Possession that has been issued by a court and after due process and protocol has been followed. The Landlord will appoint a Bailiff or Enforcement Agent to attend on a specific date and at a specific time. Millennium Locksmiths can be instructed to attend simultaneously with the Bailiff to ensure that the Enforcement Officers or Landlords can gain access to the property with minimal fuss, disruption and evasive damage. We will secure the property and ensure that the locks are changed (where required) and hand keys over to the appointed individual to ensure that only the correct people have access after the repossession or eviction.
What happens next
Once booked, we guarantee to arrive punctually on the agreed date and time to gain entry. With a fully stocked van including ‘on-board’ power, Millennium Locksmiths are prepared to gain entry and secure the property on the first visit for 99% of call outs.
Please call to discuss your particular needs, the type of premises, the requirements of the job and arrange a mutually agreeable date/time – we are happy to schedule early morning or late night appointments. It is difficult to provide precise quotes for these jobs as neither Enforcement Agent, Bailiff nor Locksmith has complete knowledge of what is inside the premises or even on the back of the door, but we are happy to discuss costs of parts and consumables.
